These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RMI Cars UK website (rmicars.com) and any vehicle purchases or services arranged through us. RMI Cars UK is a used car dealership located at 6 Combe Road, Watford WD18 6LD, United Kingdom.

2. Website Use

By accessing this website, you agree to:

• Use the site only for lawful purposes.
• Not transmit any harmful, unlawful, or offensive material.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access to the website at any time without notice.

3. Vehicle Listings & Accuracy

All vehicle listings on this website are provided for informational purposes. Whilst we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that:

• Prices, mileage, or specifications are free from errors.
• Vehicles shown online are still available at the time of your enquiry.

Prices shown are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Finance quotations are subject to status and individual lending criteria.

4. Consumer Rights (UK Law)

All vehicle sales are subject to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where you purchase a vehicle as a consumer (not for business purposes), you have the following statutory rights:

• Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
• Within 30 days of purchase, you have a short-term right to reject a vehicle with a fault and receive a full refund.
• After 30 days and up to 6 months, if a fault appears, we are entitled to attempt one repair or replacement before a refund or price reduction is considered.

These statutory rights are not affected by any additional warranty or guarantee we may offer.

5. Deposits & Reservations

A refundable reservation deposit may be taken to hold a vehicle. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before inspecting the vehicle. Once you have inspected and approved the vehicle, the deposit becomes non-refundable unless the vehicle is found to be materially not as described.

6. Distance Selling

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you purchase a vehicle remotely (without physically inspecting it at our premises), you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery, during which you may cancel without providing a reason. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was delivered. You may be liable for any diminishment in value due to use beyond what is necessary to inspect the vehicle.

7. Finance & FCA Compliance

Where we introduce you to a finance provider, we act as a credit broker, not a lender. We are committed to responsible lending practices. Finance is subject to status. Written quotations are available on request. We may receive a commission from finance providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RMI Cars UK shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
• Loss of data, income, profits, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.

9. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

If a dispute arises which we cannot resolve directly, you may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. We are committed to engaging with ADR in good faith. Details of ADR providers are available from the Motor Ombudsman or Citizens Advice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
